Cleaning Worker

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• General Cleaning: Dusting furniture, shelves, and surfaces; vacuuming carpets, upholstery; sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors.
• Kitchen Cleaning: Cleaning countertops, sinks, appliances (inside/out); washing dishes; sanitizing surfaces.
• Bathroom Cleaning: Scrubbing toilets, showers, tubs; sanitizing surfaces; restocking soap, paper products.
• Laundry: Washing, drying, ironing, and folding linens and clothing as requested.
• Waste Management: Emptying trash cans and disposing of waste and recyclables.
• Deep Cleaning: Performing tasks like window washing, baseboard cleaning, and carpet shampooing as needed.
• Client Interaction: Building positive client relationships, addressing concerns, and following specific client requests.

Requirements & Skills

• Experience: Prior cleaning experience is often preferred.
• Skills: Strong time management, physical stamina, attention to detail, trustworthiness, and excellent communication.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Logistics: Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and potentially liability insurance (for independent cleaners).
