Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner/Housekeeper to join our growing cleaning service team. This role involves providing high-quality housekeeping and deep cleaning services for residential and/or commercial clients. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail, and delivers excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform general housekeeping duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
• Carry out deep cleaning tasks such as cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, baseboards, windows, and hard-to-reach areas
• Follow cleaning checklists and company standards for each job
• Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members
• Manage time effectively to complete jobs within scheduled hours

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping or professional cleaning preferred (training can be provided)
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Must be legally authorized to work
• Valid driver’s license and transportation (if traveling between job sites)

Schedule & Pay

• Hourly position with flexible scheduling
