Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front desk ambassador, greeting visitors and managing inquiries with professionalism and warmth
  • Operate multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously using proper phone etiquette
  • Manage scheduling tasks such as calendar management and appointment setting for staff members
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and ensure document integrity
  • Utilize computer skills across platforms including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Sage for various administrative tasks
  • Support office management activities such as supply inventory, mail handling, and basic bookkeeping functions
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients, vendors, and team members promptly and efficiently

Qualifications

  • Proven office experience with strong clerical skills including filing, data entry, and document proofreading
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Familiarity with Sage or similar bookkeeping software is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette; bilingual abilities are highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
