Clerical Marketing Assistant Role

We are a full-service marketing agency based in California. Our clients are financial and legal firms based throughout the U.S. Our employees work remote and handle multiple projects at once.

We are adding to our team of clerical marketing assistants.

The role would include:

• Website maintenance and upkeep
• Proof-reading content and fact checking material
• Social media updates
• Database management

This is a clerical-like marketing role, which means you will be expected to do a lot of written work, organization, repetitive functions, and working for a mature, older client base of CEOs and seasoned professionals in the financial and legal sector.

You must possess:

• Strong attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Enjoy a quiet, remote work setting
• A 9 or 10/10 skillset when it comes to learning new technology fast, such as Hubspot, Asana, and many other tools and apps

The hours will be 9-5 with a lot of great benefits, including PTO, 401K matching, frequent bonuses and more.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.58 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
