Job Description:
Under general supervision, supports the employment team by purchasing and placing external job advertisements, orders and oversees the progress of background checks, reviews candidate application materials, assists with various other search related activities and special projects; oversees reception desk operations including hiring, training, and scheduling of student reception staff; coordinates various general office activities; monitors and reconciles departmental general fund budget accounts and initiates budget transactions; schedules staff meetings and composes meeting minutes; provides support to the Leaves and Accommodations Coordinator, which includes handling and communicating confidential and sensitive information; and performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
Any combination of progressively responsible related clerical office experience, related undergraduate education, and/or post high school clerical training that is the equivalent to four years of full-time employment.
