As part of our expanding footprint in the region, we are seeking a qualified Clerk of Works (Mechanical, Electrical & Piping) to support the delivery and oversight of a key infrastructure package under our Technical Services Provider (TSP) contract.

This role provides independent oversight of installation quality, testing procedures, and commissioning readiness. Key Responsibilities Installation Quality OversightThe Clerk of Works - MEP plays a critical role in ensuring complex building systems are installed correctly before commissioning.
With the Construction Manager: The Clerk ensures that installation sequencing does not compromise quality and that subcontractors adhere to agreed standards. Early identification of defects prevents major commissioning delays.
