Role Overview
We are looking for a Client Account Manager who can own client relationships while driving revenue growth.
This role is not just about managing accounts — you will be responsible for:
- Retaining clients
- Growing accounts
- Identifying new opportunities
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Build and maintain long-term relationships
- Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews
2. Account Growth
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Increase client lifetime value (LTV)
- Recommend strategies to improve client results
3. Business Development
- Identify and pursue new client opportunities
- Generate leads through outreach and networking
- Support in closing deals and onboarding new clients
4. Coordination & Delivery
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, operations, delivery)
- Ensure projects are delivered on time
- Resolve client issues proactively
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in:
- Account Management / Client Success / Business Development
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with:
- Client handling
- Lead generation or sales
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
