Client Account Management

Role Overview

We are looking for a Client Account Manager who can own client relationships while driving revenue growth.

This role is not just about managing accounts — you will be responsible for:

  • Retaining clients
  • Growing accounts
  • Identifying new opportunities

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships
  • Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews

2. Account Growth

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Increase client lifetime value (LTV)
  • Recommend strategies to improve client results

3. Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new client opportunities
  • Generate leads through outreach and networking
  • Support in closing deals and onboarding new clients

4. Coordination & Delivery

  • Work closely with internal teams (sales, operations, delivery)
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time
  • Resolve client issues proactively

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience in:
  • Account Management / Client Success / Business Development
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with:
  • Client handling
  • Lead generation or sales
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)

  • Proactive and takes ownership
  • Comfortable handling both clients and new prospects
  • Strong follow-up and communication skills
  • Understands revenue, pipeline, and growth

Not a Fit If You

  • Prefer only backend coordination (no client interaction)
  • Are not comfortable with sales or outreach
  • Struggle with managing multiple accounts
  • Lack ownership or follow-through

Success Metrics

  • Client retention rate
  • Account growth (upsell / cross-sell revenue)
  • New clients generated
  • Client satisfaction (CSAT)
