Client Account Manager

Wide Wings Media is looking for a proactive Client Account Manager to manage and grow client relationships across media, advertising, and digital marketing services. The role focuses on ensuring client satisfaction, coordinating internal teams, and driving account growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Manage client accounts, campaigns, and ongoing deliverables
• Understand client objectives and translate them into effective media solutions
• Coordinate with creative, digital, and sales teams to ensure timely execution
• Build long-term client relationships and identify upselling opportunities
• Prepare proposals, reports, and performance updates for clients
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in client servicing or account management (media/advertising preferred)
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
• UAE market experience is an advantage
• Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
