Job Description: As a Sales & Client Engagement Specialist, your responsibilities will include: Managing inbound and outbound calls (conversion and retention-focused call center) Guiding clients through account opening, usage, and closure in a clear and professional manner Supporting customers during the investment process and ensuring compliance with legal regulations Building and maintaining long-term relationships with international clients Responding to inquiries via phone, email, or live chat Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction with accurate and timely support Monitoring client accounts and keeping customer data up to date
