Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals for workspace memberships and office solutions.
Business Development: Identify, engage, and convert prospects into long-term members through strategic outreach and tailored proposals.
Client Management: Build and maintain exceptional relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Market Research: Stay informed on local market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities within the flexible workspace sector.
Sales Pipeline Ownership: Manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation and tours to negotiation and contract closure.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, operations, and community teams to deliver a seamless member experience.
Reporting: Track sales performance, conversion metrics, and forecasts for senior management.
Brand Representation: Act as the face of our partner’s brand, embodying values of creativity, collaboration, and community.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or a related field
5–8 years of experience in B2B sales, commercial real estate, coworking, or service-focused environments
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Turkish and English
Strong sense of ownership, proactive mindset, and comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools
