The Role

We’re hiring a Client Accounting Advisor to manage the day-to-day accounting for a portfolio of small business clients.

This role is a mix of bookkeeping, month-end close, and client communication. You’ll work directly with clients, keep their books accurate and up to date, and help them understand what’s going on in their business.

If you’ve worked in QuickBooks Online, handled reconciliations, and are comfortable talking with clients, we can build from there.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the monthly close for a group of small business clients
• Perform bank/credit card reconciliations and journal entries
• Prepare financial statements (P&L, balance sheet)
• Support A/R and A/P workflows and track cash flow basics
• Communicate with clients to gather info and answer questions
• Review books for accuracy and flag anything that looks off
• Work with our tax team to keep everything clean and organized

What We’re Looking For

• ~2+ years of bookkeeping or client accounting experience
• Solid QuickBooks Online skills
• Comfortable with reconciliations and month-end close
• Organized and able to manage multiple clients
• Clear, professional communication (you don’t ghost people)

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Experience working with multiple clients at once
• Exposure to financial statement review or analysis
• Familiarity with small business operations

Compensation & Benefits

• $50,000 – $69,000 depending on experience
• 401(k) with 4% match

Pay: $50,254.77 - $68,951.98 per year
