Job description
Job Role: Client Acquisition ( Business Development)
As a client acquisition intern, you will play a vital role in
driving business growth and building lasting relationships
with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
● Identify and research potential clients, markets, and
opportunities.
● Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients
& generate revenue.
● Pitch services, prepare proposals, and negotiate
contracts.
● Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for
repeat business.
● Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align
strategies and achieve targets.
● Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities,
and market movements.
● Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and business
development targets.
● Knowledge of Digital marketing
Mandatory Requirements:
Digital Marketing Sales:
● Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
● Ability to identify opportunities & convert leads into
business.
● Graduate in any discipline.
● Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Preferred Requirements:
● Experience in B2B sales, IT services, or digital
marketing sector.
● Knowledge of CRM tools and lead management systems.
● Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
● Strong networking skills and existing industry contacts.
● Proficiency in English (verbal & written).
Job Types: Internship
Contract length: Post review of 3 months of performance a
full time conversion can be done based on performance
outcome.
Work Mode: Work from Office
Location: Bangalore
Academic Qualification: B.B.A , M.B.A , B.E.
UG Cut-off Score: 6 CGPA or 60% and above
Selection Process: Group and Personal Rounds
● First Round : Pre-Placement talk
● Second Round: Group Discussion
● Third Round: Individual HR Discussion
Stipend:10,000 per month with bonuses based on
performance
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
