Role Overview
Orglinked is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Client Acquisition Executive to expand our presence in the UK market. The role focuses on cold calling, lead generation, and converting prospects into active HR/recruitment clients. The ideal candidate should have prior experience handling UK clients and a strong understanding of HR and recruitment services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new UK-based clients for HR and recruitment services.
- Execute cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups to generate qualified leads.
- Build and maintain a robust lead pipeline with consistent tracking and reporting.
- Conduct initial discussions with UK clients to understand hiring requirements and business needs.
- Present Orglinked’s HR and recruitment solutions clearly and professionally to prospective clients.
- Coordinate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term engagement.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.
- Prepare and share regular reports on lead status, conversions, and market feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- MBA is mandatory (MBA in HR preferred).
- 2–3 years of experience in client acquisition, business development, or sales within the HR/recruitment domain.
- Proven experience handling UK clients and understanding UK business etiquette and hiring practices.
- Strong cold calling and lead generation skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting dashboards is an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in international B2B sales or recruitment services.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
- Comfortable working in UK time zone overlaps, if required.
