Role Overview

Orglinked is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Client Acquisition Executive to expand our presence in the UK market. The role focuses on cold calling, lead generation, and converting prospects into active HR/recruitment clients. The ideal candidate should have prior experience handling UK clients and a strong understanding of HR and recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new UK-based clients for HR and recruitment services.
  • Execute cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups to generate qualified leads.
  • Build and maintain a robust lead pipeline with consistent tracking and reporting.
  • Conduct initial discussions with UK clients to understand hiring requirements and business needs.
  • Present Orglinked’s HR and recruitment solutions clearly and professionally to prospective clients.
  • Coordinate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term engagement.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.
  • Prepare and share regular reports on lead status, conversions, and market feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • MBA is mandatory (MBA in HR preferred).
  • 2–3 years of experience in client acquisition, business development, or sales within the HR/recruitment domain.
  • Proven experience handling UK clients and understanding UK business etiquette and hiring practices.
  • Strong cold calling and lead generation skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting dashboards is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Prior experience in international B2B sales or recruitment services.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
  • Comfortable working in UK time zone overlaps, if required.
