Requirements
- Proven expertise in LinkedIn automation (without compromising account safety).
- Strong LinkedIn marketing background, preferably within the tech industry.
- Excellent research skills to identify target companies and key decision makers.
- Ability to craft compelling cold emails, notes, and outreach messages.
- Experience in managing and running LinkedIn Ads targeted toward the ideal customer persona.
- Strong grasp of AI/automation tools combined with traditional LinkedIn lead generation strategies.
Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads and set up appointments with potential clients.
- Identify and hunt potential clients (companies and key decision makers).
- Build and optimize sales funnels and lead magnets.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive LinkedIn strategy targeting four areas:
a) Warm outreach (one-to-many): Posting content (provided by the employer).
b) Warm outreach (one-to-one): Engaging with the existing network.
c) Cold outreach (one-to-one): Connecting with potential decision makers.
d) Cold outreach (one-to-many): Running LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
- Find and engage with headhunters who have strong networks; pitch commission-based collaboration for referrals that lead to successful projects.
- Identify and connect with consultants who secure contracts but lack capacity to deliver, offering collaboration opportunities.
Key Notes
- Transparency is critical: Must clearly report which tools are used.
- No direct automation should be performed on the primary LinkedIn profile.
- Goal: To combine AI/automation with traditional LinkedIn lead magnets and targeted ads to generate high-quality and high-volume leads.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
