We’re looking for a driven, confident, and creative Client Acquisition Intern who wants hands-on experience in outreach, pitching, and digital sales, and is ready to actively bring in clients, not just “assist.”

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Client Acquisition Intern , you’ll play a direct role in generating new business. You’ll:

• Write and send customized proposals on freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.)
• Conduct cold outreach through Instagram DMs and other social platforms
• Identify, research, and qualify potential clients and leads
• Personalize pitches based on each brand’s needs, goals, and content style
• Create basic content for outreach (short videos, scripts, captions, posts)
• Follow up consistently with leads to drive replies and conversions
• Work closely with the creative and content teams to align offers and messaging
• Track outreach activity, responses, and conversions to improve performance

You Are Someone Who…

• Is confident starting conversations with strangers online
• Can write clear, persuasive, and professional proposals
• Understands (or is eager to learn) freelance platforms and social selling
• Is comfortable creating content and understands how content drives trust
• Has strong written communication skills and a sales-oriented mindset
• Is proactive, disciplined, and results-driven
• Wants real-world experience in client acquisition, sales, and agency growth

Bonus (Nice to Have)

• Experience with Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, or Instagram outreach
• Basic copywriting or content creation skills (reels, captions, scripts)
• Interest in sales, digital marketing, startups, or agency life
