Job Title: Business Development Intern (Leading to a Job)

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our Business Development team. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to start their careers, learn the fundamentals of business development, and grow within a dynamic environment. You will play a key role in supporting sales and client acquisition efforts, building relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and researching potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.
• Support the team in generating leads through various channels (online research, networking, social media, etc.).
• Participate in client outreach via calls, emails, and meetings under the guidance of senior team members.
• Maintain and update CRM tools, databases, and reports to track business development activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and other business documents.
• Contribute ideas for sales campaigns, business strategies, and process improvements.
• Learn and apply best practices in client relationship management and negotiation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Proactive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow.
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently when required.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Location: Wapda Town, Lahore

Timings: 5 PM to 2 AM (Regular Timings), (7 PM – 3 AM, Ramadan timings)

Stipend: 15,000 - 20,000 per month

Duration: 3 months

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Rs15,000.00 - Rs20,000.00 per month
