E-Commerce Intern (Female preferred)

Job Summary:
We are offering an exciting internship opportunity for an E-Commerce Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in online sales operations, customer service, and digital platform management. The selected candidate will work closely with our team to support daily e-commerce activities and enhance the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in responding to customer inquiries (phone, email, chat, and social media)
• Support order confirmations and delivery tracking
• Help manage website updates (products, banners, images)
• Maintain sales and inventory records
• Learn documentation and online order management processes

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong communication skills
• Basic understanding of social media and e-commerce
• Eagerness to learn and grow
