Client Acquisition Specialist

Job Description

We are a new fast-growing Digital Marketing Agency looking for a motivated and results-driven Client Acquisition Specialist to expand our client base. The role focuses on acquiring new clients for digital marketing services and building long-term partnerships that support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients interested in digital marketing services.
• Proactively reach out to prospects via calls, emails, meetings, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Present the agency’s digital services, including:
• Social Media Marketing
• Performance & Paid Advertising
• SEO & Content Marketing
• Branding & Creative Solutions
• Understand client business goals and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into active clients.
• Coordinate with internal marketing, media buying, and creative teams for smooth client onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records and track sales pipelines.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly client acquisition targets.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in sales, business development, or a digital marketing agency is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts and online advertising.
• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with tools and digital platforms is a plus.
• Light vehicle driving license with car preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RO100.000 - RO300.000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Muscat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
