Job Title: Client Acquisition & Support Specialist

📍 Location: DHA Phase 8, Lahore (Onsite)

🕒 Timings: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

💼 Experience: 1+ Year

💰 Compensation: Fixed Salary + Commission-Based Incentives

About the Role

Brisk Dev Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and technically strong Client Acquisition & Support Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with technical products, SaaS solutions, digital services, or software-based offerings , along with the ability to communicate product value clearly to clients. You will play a key role in bringing new clients onboard, nurturing existing relationships, and ensuring seamless technical support throughout the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, acquire, and onboard new clients through targeted outreach and relationship-building.
  • Present and demonstrate technical products/services while clearly explaining functionality, benefits, and use cases.
  • Manage and respond to client inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate technical support.
  • Maintain strong follow-up routines to convert leads into active clients and meet monthly acquisition targets.
  • Collaborate closely with technical, development, and project teams to ensure client needs are communicated and fulfilled.
  • Monitor client accounts and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare client reports, documentation, and performance summaries for management review.
  • Continuously research market trends, competitors, and industry demands to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business , or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in client acquisition, technical sales, or customer support.
  • Strong understanding of technical products, software services, and digital solutions .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, client-friendly language.
  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Prior experience in selling or supporting digital products/software services is highly preferred.
  • Ability to clearly mention and discuss past products/services handled during interviews.
