Role Description

As a Client Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. This full-time, on-site position based in Doha, Qatar involves building meaningful client relationships, providing personalized assistance, and ensuring every customer is satisfied with their experience. You will assist customers in selecting luxury jewellery, handle inquiries, process transactions, and offer detailed product and insurance information to meet customer needs.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Client Relations, Customer Service, and fostering Customer Satisfaction
  • Effective Communication skills, with a focus on interpersonal and presentation abilities
  • Understanding of Insurance products related to luxury goods or jewellery
  • Ability to consistently meet and exceed customer expectations
  • Previous experience in high-end retail or luxury industries is advantageous
  • A passion for jewellery craftsmanship and luxury goods
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
