Drive individual and team sales objectives while being accountable for personal performance.
Advise clients across the Maison’s product categories, ensuring relevant and personalized recommendations.
Clienteling & Relationship Building
Develop long-term relationships with clients through effective clienteling and follow-up.
Proactively reach out to existing and potential clients to foster loyalty and repeat visits.
Brand Representation & Standards
Develop strong brand and product knowledge to represent the Maison with credibility.
Respect Louis Vuitton standards in grooming, behavior, and service excellence.
Follow company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
Team Contribution
Act as a team player and contribute to collective objectives and store initiatives.

Profil
Initial experience in retail or luxury environment is a plus.
Strong client-centric mindset with a passion for service excellence.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
