Client Advisor Support

Position

The Client Advisor Support plays a crucial role in maintaining a seamless and efficient luxury retail environment by providing comprehensive operational and sales support to Client Advisors. The Client Advisor Support ensures a welcoming and organized store, facilitates smooth transactions, and support in delivering an exceptional Client experience.

Job responsibilities

Support Client Advisors in Delivering Selling Experience

  • Assist Client Advisors with preparing for client appointments by organizing product selections, setting up presentation areas, or gathering client-related information.
  • Support Client Advisors in delivering selling experience by assisting in product presentation, hospitality offer, check out procedures and packaging .
  • Support Client Advisors in offering CARE services .
  • Be attentive to client needs that may arise during their shopping experience and communicate these effectively to relevant staff.

Manage Back-end Activities

  • Handle backend tasks such as stock checks, reserving items, or preparing merchandise for display to ensure Client Advisors can concentrate on clients’ interaction.
  • Provide logistical support during client interactions such as fetching different sizes/colors of products or showcasing additional items at the Client Advisor’s request.

Maintain Store Ambiance

  • Maintain store ambiance and keep all selling spaces organized and replenished throughout the day, ensuring that Client Advisors have access to well-maintained product displays.
  • Act as a key player to maintain coordination between Sales Team, Host and Cashier.
