Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Associate Executive to join our Client Success Team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication, exceptional service delivery, and strong relationship management. Your goal will be to ensure client satisfaction, support long-term partnerships, and contribute to account growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for assigned clients, maintaining consistent and proactive communication
• Support clients throughout the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition
• Understand each client's objectives and align our services to meet their business goals
• Identify and pursue upselling or cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth
• Address client concerns efficiently, escalating when necessary to ensure resolution
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in the CRM system
• Prepare and present periodic performance reports and satisfaction metrics
• Work closely with internal teams—sales, marketing, operations—to ensure client success
• Keep up with industry trends and competitor activity to anticipate client needs
• Achieve KPIs related to client satisfaction, retention, and account expansion
