Client Support Associate: North Texas Law Firm has 3 position available for Client Support Associate. The duties include, but are not limited to, obtaining prospective client’s information by answering telephone calls, interviewing, and verifying information; evaluating leads and determining which cases are significant; and creating a strong first representation of the Law Firm.

The candidate must be able to empathize and relate to prospective clients, assisting them with any initial questions and concerns that they may have. It is important to note that many of these potential clients have experienced traumatic events, so the candidate must be able to communicate both effectively and efficiently.

Experience in Sales, and/or Customer Service is preferred.

In addition, the ideal candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications:

• Customer service skills to make potential clients feel comfortable
• Ability to communicate with potential clients the value of signing with Law Firm
• Computer and data entry skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office apps such as Outlook and Word
• Excels within a group dynamic.
• Attention to detail.
• Organized with ability to multi-taskAbility to work and interact with clients.
• Calm under pressure
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Sense of urgency.
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Bilingual (Spanish ) Preferred
