Job Location – Thane
Job Summary
To support in the communication between clients and the marine offshore operations team. The role assists with coordinating vessel activities, preparing reports, and ensuring client requests are handled efficiently and accurately under the guidance of senior staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients during offshore vessel operations
- Coordinate client requirements with internal departments (marine, operations, crewing, logistics)
- Ensure timely communication of project updates, vessel status, and operational changes
- Facilitate client meetings, calls, and offshore briefings
- Ensure client instructions align with contractual scope and vessel capabilities track variations, additional work, and client requests
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Business, or related field
- Experience in marine offshore operations, vessel chartering, or client coordination preferred
- Knowledge of offshore vessel types (PSV, AHTS, construction, survey vessels) is an advantage
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple client requests in a fast-paced offshore environment
- Good understanding of marine operations and terminology
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
Working Conditions
- Office-based with occasional visits to vessels, ports, or offshore sites
- May require out-of-hours availability to support offshore operations
