Client Communication Officer (Female)

We are looking for a motivated and professional Client Interaction Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, generating sales, and providing excellent service related to UAE WiFi/internet solutions.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients
• Promote and sell UAE WiFi/internet packages
• Assist customers with inquiries, renewals, and complaints
• Maintain strong relationships with clients
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Record and update customer information in the system
• Ensure professional communication at all times

• Previous experience in a call center is required
• UAE WiFi/internet sales experience will be preferred
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)

• 8 hours per day
• Must strictly follow duty timings

• Late arrivals or failure to follow duty timings may result in penalties
• Leave must be informed at least one day in advance
• Same-day leave requests may result in double leave deduction
• Mobile phone usage is not allowed during working hours
