Client Communication & Sales Assistant (Onsite)

We are looking for a Client Communication & Sales Assistant to help manage client conversations and support our growing digital services business.

The ideal candidate should have strong written English, professional communication skills, and attention to detail. Your role will be to respond to client inquiries, understand their requirements, and help guide them through our services.

You will be working with clients from the US, UK, and international markets, so clear and professional communication is essential.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client messages and inquiries
• Understand project requirements and communicate them clearly to the team
• Provide project updates and maintain professional communication
• Follow up with clients regarding revisions or additional work
• Suggest related services when appropriate
• Maintain organized communication records

Requirements

• Strong written English communication skills
• Professional and polite communication style
• Ability to understand client requirements clearly
• Attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work in a team environment

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
