SHOPERTS is a Canadian startup transforming how North Americans shop Pakistani fashion. Our platform connects style-conscious customers abroad with local fashion experts who know the markets, trends, and hidden gems of Pakistan. We’re making cross-border fashion shopping seamless, personalized, and exciting and we’re now seeking a Client Consultant to join our growing remote team in Pakistan.
What You’ll Do
You will be the main person our customers talk to. You will handle everything from the first question to the final order. You will help customers via phone, email, and chat. You will work to solve problems, suggest the right fashion choices, and make sure every customer is happy and completes their purchase.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Answer questions quickly and professionally via phone, email, and chat.
- Sales & Problem Solving: Use your fashion knowledge to help customers find what they need and encourage them to buy.
- Team Coordination: Send customer requests to the right Fashion Consultants in Pakistan.
- Quality Check: Review fashion proposals to make sure the pricing and details are correct before sending them to the client.
- Order Tracking: Follow every order from start to finish to make sure it arrives on time.
- System Management: Use our new IT system to keep track of customer notes and fix any small technical issues.
What We’re Looking For (Requirements)
- Location: Based in Pakistan - fully remote.
- Gender: Female candidates are preferred.
- Working Hours: You must work 5:00 PM EST to 1 AM EST (New York/Toronto time). Flexibility for weekends is required.
- Experience: You must have previous experience in Customer Service.
- English Skills: You must be very good at speaking, writing, and understanding English. You will be talking to international clients every day.
- Fashion Knowledge: You should be well versed with Pakistani fashion, fabrics, and trends to help solve customer problems.
- Sales Mindset: You should be good at helping customers make decisions and providing solutions that lead to orders.
- Highly Organized: You must be able to manage many different tasks and customers at the same time without making mistakes.
- IT Savvy: You are comfortable using computers and learning new software quickly.
