About the Role:

We’re on the hunt for a proactive and people-savvy Client Coordinator who can be the bridge between our clients and internal creative teams. You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth communication, managing expectations, and helping bring projects to life with clarity, care, and a touch of creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
• Coordinate communication between clients and internal departments (designers, copywriters, strategists).
• Understanding client’s or team member’s brief and effectively communicating with the relevant stakeholders.
• Schedule meetings, prepare briefs, and document feedback during client interactions.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met by using the PMS.
• Assist in managing client expectations and flagging any project risks or delays.
• Maintain organized records of client communications and project files.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure output aligns with the client's vision and brand identity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in client servicing, coordination, or account management will be an added advantage (agency experience preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills—both verbal and written.
• Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
• A good eye for design and creativity is a big plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Calicut - 673634, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
