Role Overview

The Client Coordinator – Sales is responsible for managing end-to-end client communication, supporting the sales cycle, coordinating service delivery, and ensuring an exceptional client experience. This role acts as a bridge between clients, internal teams, and management to ensure smooth operations, timely closure of service requests, and contribution to revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities Client Coordination & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring all queries are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain strong client relationships by providing timely updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and service updates with clients.

Sales Support & Revenue Closure

  • Support the sales team with managing existing client accounts and closing pending service requests to generate revenue.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and follow-up emails.
  • Track client pipelines, ongoing projects, and scheduled deliverables.
  • Maintain CRM or internal tracking sheets to ensure accurate and updated client records.

Operations Coordination

  • Liaise between clients and internal departments (operations, accounts, logistics, HR) for seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure service requests, documentation, and approvals are submitted and followed up on time.
  • Coordinate issuance of invoices, payment follow-up, and client documentation.

Administrative & Reporting Duties

  • Maintain client databases, project trackers, and communication logs.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports related to client updates, revenue closure, and follow-ups.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and data entry.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Client-focused approach with problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and customer service standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in client coordination, sales support, or customer relations in the UAE (preferred).
  • Background in service industry, HR solutions, construction support, or corporate services is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
