Atos is hiring a Client Delivery Executive to orchestrate service delivery across our client's business lines. Strong Operational experience with 5+ years of customer support experience and the ability to lead and manage the various business lines.
The ideal candidate needs to live in or close to Sacramento, California and be on site 3 days a week. Also, 911 experience is a big plus!
The Client Delivery Executive orchestrates service delivery across Business Lines, ensuring high-quality, profitable services and strong customer satisfaction. Working with the Client Executive Partner, the CDE drives revenue, supports account growth through service expansion, and represents the client within Atos while championing Atos services to the client. The role also establishes an innovation agenda with the customer and provides vision and leadership for the account team.
