Client Enablement Assistant

About the Role

Edge is building a global talent ecosystem that helps high-growth companies hire exceptional people.

As a Client Enablement Assistant , you’ll be the operational backbone of our candidate-to-client journey.

This role is ideal for someone with a tech-startup or sales-operations background who enjoys solving complex problems, improving processes, and collaborating across teams.

Your work will directly influence client satisfaction, candidate readiness, and Edge’s continued growth.


Key Responsibilities

Client & Candidate Coordination

  • Serve as the primary liaison between candidates, internal teams, and clients to ensure seamless scheduling, communication, and interview logistics.
  • Integrate client feedback into enablement strategies and recommend process improvements to enhance the candidate and client experience.

Operations & Process Excellence

  • Use data and operational tools to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and streamline workflows.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to keep talent mapping aligned with evolving client requirements.
  • Anticipate challenges and propose solutions that maintain a smooth, high-quality hiring journey.

Candidate Preparation

  • Lead mock interviews and provide tailored coaching to help candidates present their skills effectively.
  • Share insights on thriving in startup environments and fast-moving teams.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 3–5 years in tech-startup operations, sales operations, or a similar cross-functional role where process improvement and problem-solving were key.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Recruitment or talent-enablement experience is a plus, not a requirement .

Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Collaborative, growth-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.
