Job Description:
The Client Engagement Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their needs, and offering suitable property solutions. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service, maintaining long-term client relations, and achieving business growth through sales engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

Engage and communicate with potential and existing clients to promote property listings and services.

Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Coordinate with internal departments to process client projects efficiently.

Provide accurate information about Zameen.com’s offerings and guide clients through the buying/selling process.

Achieve assigned sales goals and contribute to team performance.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-focused with a proactive attitude.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

Basic Salary: PKR 50,000 – 60,000 + Attractive Commission (up to PKR 100,000 – 200,000 or above).
