Client Engagement Trainee
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Engagement Trainee to join our expanding team. This entry-level role is perfect for ambitious individuals eager to develop their skills in managing client relationships and supporting business growth. As a vital part of our client success team, you’ll help nurture client partnerships, uncover new opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding service.
What You’ll Do:
- Connect with existing clients via email, phone, and chat to assess satisfaction and identify new service opportunities.
- Understand client needs and assist in preparing customized proposals, quotations, and service recommendations.
- Follow up on proposals to boost conversion rates and support the sales team in closing deals.
- Spot upselling and cross-selling chances by analyzing client feedback, usage patterns, and business goals.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team to ensure timely invoicing and help track outstanding payments.
- Work closely with service delivery and front-end teams to guarantee smooth client experiences.
- Keep detailed records of client communications, sales progress, and feedback in our CRM system.
- Help nurture leads and contribute to identifying new revenue streams in the sales pipeline.
- Learn our internal processes, tools, and systems to align client expectations with delivery capabilities.

- Familiar with CRM software and Microsoft Office (a plus).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Internship or academic experience in sales support, client servicing, or account management is a strong advantage.
