Position Overview
We are currently looking to add a dynamic Client Experience Coordinator to our passionate team of tree care professionals. This is a full-time, in-office position with a Monday through Friday schedule. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, comfortable managing a high volume of phone-based communication and experienced in administrative functions in a fast-paced environment.
Job Duties
- Be the first point of contact and triage the needs of the clients and the office
- Field current and prospective client calls
- Process employee timesheets and assist with payroll data entry
- Maintain various databases and spreadsheets
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Invoice, manage accounts receivable, and maintain files
- Schedule appointments for the sales team
- Notify clients of scheduled applications and filing of necessary paperwork
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience in office processes and administration
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Prior administrative, customer service, or call center experience
- Familiarity with CRM and SAP systems
- Ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task effectively
- Minumum typing speed of 50 WPM

Starting pay rate: $20-$24 per hour
