Role: Client Experience, Operations & Brand Executive

Location: Worli, Mumbai (In-office)

Ancora is a contemporary luxury fashion label rooted in couture craftsmanship. We are looking for a hands-on, highly organised, and aesthetically inclined executive to manage daily studio operations, client experience, and brand execution.

This is a multi-functional role ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, has a strong sense of design and detail, and is comfortable working closely with a founder-led luxury brand.

EXPERIENCE - More Than 5 Years

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Experience & Sales

  • Manage client appointments, studio walkthroughs, and fittings
  • Present Ancora collections, brand story, and craftsmanship with confidence
  • Assist clients with styling, sizing, measurements, and order placement
  • Follow up with clients professionally via WhatsApp regarding orders, trials, and deliveries

Daily Operations & Order Management

  • Track orders, production timelines, trials, and final deliveries
  • Coordinate closely with the atelier on work-in-progress, alterations, and finishing
  • Maintain order sheets, measurements, and delivery schedules
  • Ensure garments are checked, steamed, packed, and dispatched correctly

Website & Online Orders

  • Manage website orders, dispatches, and customer coordination
  • Track inventory and update stock availability
  • Ensure smooth order-to-delivery execution for online clients

Brand, Visuals & Content Support

  • Use Canva to create lookbooks, line sheets, basic presentations, and brand collaterals
  • Coordinate and assist with photo shoots (lookbook, campaign, product shoots)
  • Support and manage pop-ups, exhibitions, trunk shows, and brand events
  • Assist with on-ground execution and logistics for brand activations

Studio & Brand Operations

  • Manage studio schedules, appointments, and calendars
  • Maintain samples, inventory, and packaging stock
  • Prepare basic sales, inventory, and operations reports

Founder Coordination

  • Work closely with the Founder to ensure timelines, priorities, and execution
  • Proactively flag delays, gaps, or operational issues

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using Canva, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and basic tech tools
  • Prior experience in fashion, luxury retail, D2C, or design studios preferred
  • Well-spoken, polished, and trustworthy
  • Ability to take ownership and work independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
