Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of enterprise clients, ensuring business growth, retention, and long-term profitability

Identify and execute cross-sell and up-sell opportunities based on client needs, product enhancements, and market trends

Analyze client performance metrics, identify patterns, and shape forward-looking strategies that improve KPIs

Build and maintain strong relationships across all levels within client organizations, including senior executives

Define and monitor client goals monthly, quarterly, and annually, ensuring progress and timely achievement

Drive product adoption by tracking key usage patterns, understanding user behavior, and creating action plans

Represent the client's voice internally and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges

Conduct product demos, training sessions, and onboarding for existing and prospective clients

Leverage data insights to strengthen decision-making, improve client performance, and enhance overall experience

Develop and streamline customer success processes to deliver consistent, high-quality engagement
What Makes You a Great Fit

2-5 years of experience in client management, account management, or a similar customer-facing role

Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple client portfolios effectively

Hands-on experience with campaign management, performance marketing, programmatic selling, or ad monetization

Strong executive presence with confidence to engage and influence C-suite leaders
