Role Overview

Black Diamond Media Company (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a motivated and results-driven professional for the role of Client Growth Services. This position focuses on strengthening client relationships, improving retention, and identifying opportunities for business expansion and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and expand existing client accounts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Build strong, long-term relationships by understanding client objectives and growth plans
• Coordinate with internal teams including creative, digital, events, and operations to ensure seamless service delivery
• Monitor client performance, satisfaction, and campaign results to drive continuous improvement
• Support business growth initiatives through regular client engagement and strategic follow-ups

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or growth-related roles
• Prior experience in advertising agencies, media, events, or exhibitions will be preferred
• Strong communication, coordination, and relationship management skills
• Ability to identify client needs and translate them into growth opportunities
• Proactive, organized, and growth-focused mindset
