What will you be doing?
This position is responsible for supporting and overseeing the Oral Care category for Haleon, one of the company’s premier categories. You will lead insights for brands such as Sensodyne, Sensodyne Pronamel, and Parodontax within the CPG Client Insights organization.
In this role, you will own the relationship with Haleon’s Brand Marketing and Consumer Insights teams. You will deliver actionable insights using point-of-sale (POS) and consumer panel data, driving holistic recommendations across the Haleon Oral Care portfolio to inform strategic decisions. Haleon is a global leader in the Consumer Healthcare space, with a portfolio of iconic brands including Advil, Sensodyne, Tums, Centrum, and many others.
The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, collaboration, and client management skills, paired with advanced analytical and insight capabilities leveraging POS and panel data. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with syndicated data are essential for success in this role.
Location: This role requires the ability to work onsite at Haleon’s Warren, NJ office one day per week.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with syndicated data, analytics, category management, or related fields.
- Background in marketing and/or sales with a premier Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company or other companies using syndicated or POS data.
- Expertise in working with syndicated data and translating analysis into actionable business implications, using tools such as Circana/IRI, NielsenIQ, or similar.
- Ability to engage clients in a consultative manner when solving or managing content deliverables.
- Strong project management and process skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Location: This role requires the ability to work onsite at Haleon’s Warren, NJ office one day per week.
The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $125,000 - $150,000.
This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
