Client Intake Specialist

Cutt Kendell & Olson is looking for an Intake Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing the needs of clients, gathering information, and providing referrals to appropriate services. The Intake Specialist must be able to accurately assess the situation and determine the best course of action while maintaining a professional demeanor. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a commitment to customer service, and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Screen and assess clients for eligibility and appropriateness of services.
• Gather information from clients and other sources to complete intake forms.
• Maintain client records and enter data into a computerized system.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients.
• Provide referrals to appropriate services or resources.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information in accordance with legal requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
