As businesses continue to be impacted by the fast-evolving changes of digitisation, we have an increasingly important role to play in helping our clients navigate the challenges they bring, The Client Leadership Director is responsible for helping to inform a transformation agenda and strategic vision for the clients  entire business and overseeing the execution of that vision, and brings creditability to this role in terms of their global technical and operational knowledge including strategic skills, global media channel strategy, account performance and optimisation; networking and collaboration skills, client management and interpersonal skills, people management and communication skills, accuracy of financial management and reporting. This will involve working closely with regional stakeholders across the whole client organization & WPP.
- Build the capabilities to set up a global regional planning, implementation and market excellence guidance out of the UAE.
- Maintain a deep understanding of your clients  business and the broader industry sector.
- Integrate the AI global agentic workstreams and solutions locally.
- Identify the client s needs and work with key specialist(s) to deliver in areas such as:digital preparedness, competitive benchmarking, audience development, site analytics, objective setting, budget development, campaign prioritization, measurements for success, marketing ROI and partnership ecosystem.
- Growing the C suite relationships, scope of service and client satisfaction.
- Own the day to day and where applicable, senior global client relationships and look for opportunities to broaden our relationship beyond marketing.
- Effectively lead the network of local markets working on the client s business, building a strong culture across the network, and ensuring a consistent level of excellence every time.
- Quality control overall deliverables to the client, in conjunction with the assigned specialist teams.
- Navigate conversations with clients to ensure initiatives/briefs align with business goals.
- Foster innovative thinking and ideas with particular emphasis on content, digital and technology innovation, and the use of data, and the growth of commerce solutions.
- Demonstrate an understanding for client commercials including effective scoping of resources, quarterly forecasting & helping to identify opportunities for new revenue growth.
- Act as a change agent within Mindshare by showcasing great work and helping us to drive transformation across the business.
- Provide input into the marketing of our vision and reputation.
- Build collaboration with relevant WPP companies and agency partners including media owners, tech partners, content & data providers.
- Recruit, manage and develop a high performing team to support the scope of work and strategic plans for the client.
