Location: Media City, Dubai | Type: Full-time, Onsite
Working Days: Mon–Sat | Timings:

• Mon–Fri: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM GST
• Sat: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM GST

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client portfolio & ensure service delivery
• Upsell/cross-sell services and build client relationships
• Handle client queries and coordinate with internal teams

Requirements:

• Experience in client/account management (preferably in tax/finance/consulting)
• Strong communication & multitasking skills
