Role Overview:

We are seeking a Client Manager – Business Setup who will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, providing professional advisory on company formation, and driving revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and client retention.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of UAE business setup laws, licensing procedures, and jurisdictional regulations across mainland, free zone, and offshore entities, along with exceptional client relationship and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of business setup and corporate service clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the company formation lifecycle — from initial consultation to license issuance and post-setup services.
  • Provide expert business setup advisory, including guidance on jurisdiction selection, license categories, ownership structures, documentation, and compliance.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (PRO, legal, operations, and finance) to ensure smooth processing of trade licenses, visa applications, and renewals.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across additional services such as accounting, VAT registration, corporate tax, immigration, and business consulting.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of UAE business setup laws, regulatory updates, and free zone policies to offer accurate guidance to clients.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and client progress reports in a professional manner.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through trust, responsiveness, and consistent value delivery.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs, including revenue growth, client satisfaction, and portfolio retention.
  • Resolve client issues and escalations promptly while maintaining high service standards.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Management, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in client relationship management, business development, or consulting within the UAE Business Setup / Corporate Services industry.
  • Solid understanding of company formation processes, trade license registration, visa services, and PRO procedures across UAE jurisdictions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Hindi (mandatory).
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills with a client-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and maintaining organized client records.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales and service delivery targets.
  • UAE-based candidates with direct business setup experience will be given priority.
