Client Manager

Job title : Client Manager
Location: DHA Rahbar, Lahore (Near Lake City)
Timings: Mon–Fri, 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
● Serve as the main contact for existing and new clients
● Understand client packaging needs, branding requirements, and order cycles
● Build long-term relationships to drive repeat and bulk orders
● Proactively follow up on quotations, samples, and pending orders

Order & Account Management
● Handle end-to-end order coordination from inquiry to dispatch
● Ensure accurate communication of specifications (size, material, thickness, printing, zipper type, MOQ)
● Coordinate with production, design, and dispatch teams to meet deadlines
● Monitor order status and keep clients informed
Sales Support & Growth
● Upsell and cross-sell products (e.g., transitioning clients from PP tape bags to zipper bags) ● Encourage bulk orders and recurring contracts where feasible
● Identify high-potential clients and growth opportunities
● Support the sales team with renewals and account expansion
Issue Resolution & Quality Control
● Address client concerns related to quality, timelines, or delivery
● Coordinate internally to resolve issues quickly and professionally
● Maintain client satisfaction and retention Reporting & CRM
● Maintain accurate client records and order histories
● Track follow-ups, conversions, and client feedback
● Share insights on client behavior and demand trends with management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
