Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Provide expert guidance and advice on off-plan property investments.

Market Knowledge:

Stay updated on market trends, new developments, and investment opportunities in the off-plan sector.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and properties.

Sales and Negotiation:

Actively promote and sell off-plan properties to prospective buyers.
Negotiate terms and conditions of sales to ensure client satisfaction and successful transactions.

Lead Management:

Follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts and ensure timely communication with potential clients.
Distribute and manage leads effectively to maximize sales opportunities.

Administrative Duties:

Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to property transactions.

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Dubai Off Plan property sales.
Determination to succeed and a strong ambition.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Valid driving license.
