The Client Manager – Broker & Channel Sales (Mid-Level) is responsible for day-to-day management of broker relationships, supporting channel-driven sales, and ensuring smooth coordination between brokers and internal sales teams. The role is execution-focused, with responsibility for broker engagement, lead follow-ups, and deal support to enhance project sales velocity.
Key Responsibilities
- Broker Relationship Management
- Manage assigned portfolio of approved brokers and channel partners.
- Maintain regular communication with brokers through calls, meetings, and site visits.
- Support onboarding of new brokers and ensure documentation compliance.
Sales Support & Coordination
- Share updated pricing, availability, payment plans, and offers with brokers.
- Coordinate broker-led client meetings, site visits, and negotiations.
- Work closely with internal sales teams to convert broker leads into bookings.
Lead & Pipeline Management
- Track broker-generated leads and deals through CRM.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, booking forms, and SPA coordination.
- Support recovery of stalled deals and reactivation of inactive brokers.
Channel Performance Tracking
- Monitor broker activity, pipeline, and booking status.
- Identify active vs non-performing brokers and share insights with management.
- Assist in executing broker incentive schemes, campaigns, and promotions.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all broker transactions follow RERA, DLD, AML, and developer policies.
- Coordinate with admin, legal, and finance teams for SPAs and commission processing.
Market Feedback
- Collect feedback from brokers on buyer preferences, objections, and competitors.
- Share market intelligence to support pricing and sales strategy decisions.

Qualifications & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales or channel sales (developer or brokerage).
- Familiarity with UAE real estate processes and broker operations.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and communication skills.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
