Client onboarding specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist to ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new clients. The ideal candidate will guide clients through the initial setup process, provide product information, and ensure they understand how to use our services effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to new client inquiries via calls, messages, and email.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful client setup.
• Provide guidance on products/services.
• Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate client records and onboarding documentation.
• Address client questions and resolve onboarding issues promptly.
• Ensure a positive client experience and build strong relationships.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in business, HR, marketing, or a related field is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
