NexGen Home Loans is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused Client Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of a growing mortgage business. This role will primarily support mortgage operations with responsibilities similar to a Loan Officer Assistant or Loan Processor, while also assisting with light real estate transaction support and administrative coordination.
The right person will help keep files organized, clients informed, deadlines on track, and transactions moving forward smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is adaptable, coachable, meticulous, and tenacious — someone who genuinely cares about doing great work and putting the client first.
