Support Services Coordinator, Locum and Provider Onboarding - 16393

THE PHPN SUPPORT SERVICES COORDINATOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RECRUITMENT AND ONBOARDING OF LOCUM TENENS PROVIDERS THROUGHOUT PHH. THE RECRUITER WILL NEGOTIATE AGREEMENTS, CREDENTIAL PROVIDERS AND ONBOARD PROVIDERS TO THEIR WORK LOCATION. THEY WILL WORK WITH LEADERS THROUGHTOUT THE SYSTEM TO ENSURE PROPER LOCUM PHYSICIAN STAFFING OF ALL AREAS. THEY WILL OVERSEE THE INTRODUCTION OF EMPLOYED PROVIDERS AS WELL TO ENSURE A PROPER INTRODUCTION TO ALL MEDICAL STAFF THROUGH PHH AND TO ENSURE A SMOOTH START TO PROVIDERS FIRST 90 DAYS OF EMPLOYEMENT


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associates Degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration or Similar Discipline required
  • Bachelors in Business Administration or Similar preferred
  • Minimum 3 years experience in administrative secretarial field preferred
  • Demonstrated proficient experience in the use of microsoft office suite
  • Ability to deal effectively with multiple assignments & priorities and/or constituencies
  • Requires tact, diplomacy and excellent communication skills with customers and others
  • Healthcare/physician experience preferred
