We are looking for a confident and self-motivated Client Outreach Executive to support our product sampling campaigns. This role involves direct communication with businesses, outbound calling, and coordinating sampling activities in line with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to targeted businesses for ongoing sampling campaigns.
  • Present and offer free product samples based on client-defined criteria.
  • Clearly explain campaign details and handle business inquiries professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of all calls, responses, and outcomes.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of sampling campaigns.
  • Attend and support meetings with international teams when required.
  • Work independently and manage daily outreach activities effectively.

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken English with a clear and professional accent.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in cold calling, outbound sales, call center, or direct client communication (preferred).
  • Ability to confidently pitch offers and engage decision-makers.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and self-sufficient.
  • Comfortable working with international clients and teams.

  • Timings: PST/EST Hours
